The Process

Four steps to your first appointment.

Every new patient starts the same way — here’s how you’ll get to the dental chair.

Step 01

See a Patient Navigator

Before you can receive services at HANDS, you must be seen by a Patient Navigator who will help you through the application process, and set your first appointment to be seen.

Step 02

See a Primary Care Provider

After seeing a Patient Navigator, you must first be seen by one of our primary physicians.

Step 03

Request a Dental Referral

When you are being seen, make sure to tell your doctor that you wish to be seen by the dental department and he/she will make that referral for you.

Step 04
